You can't really call it a rip just because it isn't unique, if they did the leg work on their own, it's theirs to sell. They are clearly marketing this to bikers, where your cousin seems to be focusing on beer drinkers/dog owners in general and can take this as a lesson and compete tactfully. Welcome to the world of business, you can't get that upset about it. 
Because of the background, I was confused looking at the thumbnail thinking it was some trials move at first, haha. Now I see. 
Heaven forbid you scratch your bike shuttling. 
I am going to go against the grain here and show my disdain for the overuse of the attempted HDR effect. Whatever highs are there are blown out and the mids to lows look muddled, to me it just looks, well... bad. I wish I could see what the original looked like.

I can still see the pixels, needs more blur tool. RFID does not use batteries. Instead it more or less reflects a radio signal with a signature attached. if you got time to look at a helmet graphic then you are moving too slow. I meet brad on this bike over the weekend.
